Who I am
I'm Joe Susaña. I spent 21 years in the US Army and retired in 2018 as a Sergeant First Class. That time taught me how to build systems, lead people, and finish what I start.
After I left the Army, I went into personal finance. Learning how to grow my financial services business is how I started taking digital marketing courses and hiring coaches. I loved it so much and learned it so well that I decided to help others grow their business, so I started Lightning Leads Pro, a marketing company that helps local business owners get found online and turn that attention into real calls. I tested the system on my own business first, before I ever charged a client for it.
Now I write and speak about local search, AI visibility, and how small businesses can compete with bigger ones. I'm currently working on a book to teach local businesses how to own their own market instead of playing small.

I also founded HiTampaBay.com, a Tampa Bay business and events directory. Local businesses often get outworked online by big franchises and national companies with bigger budgets. HiTampaBay.com gives them a better shot at being found, and I put everything I know about marketing into growing it.
Beyond the work
I'm active in my community. I attend church, and I volunteer my time with several organizations, including veteran groups. I'm also a family man, based in Tampa Bay, Florida.
